    香格里拉·藏秘青稞干红、干白刚出道时是好友莱推荐给我的，她特邀我们去老唱片酒吧喝这种重来没喝过的酒，也许那时洋葡萄酒关税高，国内市场好葡萄酒稀少，没什么见识的原因，当晚对这种青稞酒印象太深了，其特殊的香味让我惊讶，一瓶喝完,三人的牙齿在幽幽的灯光下泛着森森兰光……。

    后来，莱只身一人去了加拿大，我们只能在MSN上看到对方。这次她回国时不凑巧，错过相见，留下说不出来的遗憾。

    挑酒时发现香格里拉·藏秘已经有了干红葡萄酒，难舍难弃的云南情节使我忍不住挑了一瓶精制干红葡萄酒，另加一瓶青稞干红，作为对莱的怀念。常言道相见不如怀念，对我这种不善言谈的家伙最合适远远地思念。就连n年前她第一次去加国回来送我的限量版冰酒的瓶子，我今都好好保留着，朋友还是老的好。

    此时喝这款青稞酒，红色稍稍淡一点，缺少葡萄酒浪漫的挂杯，香味仍一如重前的记忆，特殊的青稞草香味浓浓，能和任何一款国产葡萄酒比上一比。只是牙齿不再染得那么兰，而且又知道青稞干酒中有丰富的氨基酸，据说其中人体必需的7种氨基酸大大超过了干红葡萄酒，有“氨基酸口服液”之美称。青稞干酒中含有花青素和花色苷软化血管，延缓人体衰老，和葡萄酒一样，都有一定作用。

    其实喜欢是不用找那么多理由的，明天搞一箱慢慢喝，又便宜又保健，何乐而不为。今年我打算来个广种薄收，有什么喝什么。

    象这类第一天没喝完的酒，我都给四哥喝。四哥特厚道，不浪费。这不浪费一滴酒的美德能追踪到他老爷子那里。

    有一次来了个酿酒前辈，她是做勾兑甜酒的，也就是针对低端市场的葡萄酒。送我一桶葡萄原汁，还附一包山梨酸钾，殷殷嘱咐我加糖掺水，热心不忍拂，我不善此道，转于四哥，知道，他是不会浪费的，怎么喝的就不管了。

    又开了香格里拉·藏秘干红葡萄酒（葡萄园是在秦皇岛，不是云南迪庆藏族自治州香格里拉）。石榴红，摇一摇，黑加仑子香扑鼻而来，入口柔滑，平衡可以，后味稍弱。这个58元一瓶的价位，相当不错，难怪售酒小姐说这款精制干红回头客最多，看来要备一箱。嘿嘿…有人要说我“老酒精了”。
