black red,like a ruby,shining from the glass,only 30 mins decanter,can't wait to have one glass first,from the begining,a bit closed nose,but very silky tannis in mouth,very elegant.later,began to become complexity,a happy tour from cedar,little cigar,earth with dark chocolate,cherries.delightful wine,more feminne but less spice than lafite.many potential you can feel from the undertone.

 in conclusion,extremly easy to drink for anyone,keep for up to 15 years.I am looking forwards to trying it again months later.see what will happen.

I would like to give it 5 stars.

nose of strong tobacoo,hints of cherriers,poor in mouth,very short finish,not a good wine with a high price cost.disppointed.

Bahans Haut Brion 1989(2007.1.25)

nearly black,very strong smell of milky chocolate,hints of fruits and later on bit of cigar,medium-full bodied,complexity in mouth,nice and medium-long finish,I supposed it already passed peak,better taste 3-5 years earlier.this wine began to decline.

dark red,nose of cigar,fruits,bitter chocolate,in mouth,wow,a very good 2nd wine:silky tannis,enough acidity,cherries and finish nicely.excellent.

从维州返回后,甚是觉得见过世面了,澳洲昂贵的餐点,似乎变得习惯是以十五澳币起价了,甚至觉得阿得雷德没有多少可探索之地了!平安夜,想和朋友一起出去吃东西了。选址变得困难了,不想去唐人街的华人餐馆了,尤其是这样的一个夜晚,女人虚荣的心理如此作祟!北阿?传说中的富人区,上次朋友推荐了一家上海菜馆,见到的远不如他描述的好,更不能比墨市的那家上海餐馆。到底去哪里呢……希尔顿!阿得雷德希尔顿的大主厨是华裔,他们甚至专门根据亚州菜配葡萄酒。这样的餐厅,应该值得一去的!

这样,平安夜的晚餐在希尔顿开始了。步入敞亮、明净的大厅,绕过音乐池,来到里面的餐厅。才发现,希尔顿有两个餐厅,一个是庄园餐厅,另一个是休闲餐厅。此时,才发现自己毕竟还是一只小青蛙!落座休闲餐厅,餐单上来了,依然是从开胃菜、主菜、点心到甜点;不过,希尔顿的菜单与众不同的地方在于,它每款的菜式后面都附带一款相应的葡萄酒。这种搭配,给不是很熟悉葡萄酒配菜的客人,提供了很大的方便。我点的火鸡,配的是Temprenillo;这里的鸭子,也是搭配的Pinot Noir。不过,阿得雷德的菜点,一份主菜就足以,即使是我这样的胃口。葡萄酒选的是一款McLaren Vale的Temprenillo。酒上来了,我看了一眼依旧亮泽的颜色,说这个是新酒,顶多是2004年的,朋友说可能比这个要老。服务生叫过来了,核实了一下,呵呵,竟然让我说中了。忘记是什么牌子的了,酒的口感中庸,不是特别的吸引我。不过,火鸡做的很好,鲜嫩美味。

旁边的音乐池里飘来了悠扬的钢琴声,窗外黑色的天幕也逐渐地拉开,我们的平安夜也在这异乡的国土上度过了。
