“人頭馬一開,好事自然來。”這是黃霑經典的廣告語之一。

據他親言,接下這廣告的那晚先開了一瓶這牌子的酒,和拍擋也是前輩的廣告撰稿人李作猷幹了一杯,之後寫下來的第一句就是這個。

一個晚上下來喝的酩酊大醉,案語寫出了百多條,第二天清醒後竟覺得沒有滿意的,因為被老闆大罵,他回身拿出漏夜寫下的所有草稿給老闆看,以證明自己並不是沒有努力。結果,老闆接過去:這句不就是了麼?!

還是這第一個句子最好。

結果這酒、這句子、再加上當年還藉藉無名的林保怡飾演的香港小人物偷偷地看一眼手中的六合彩劵、然後開顏一笑的電視畫面,竟令這廣告成為經典。

九七香港遭遇金融風暴,經濟不景,結業失業的情況嚴重,當時置身的公司也面臨困境,老闆心灰意冷,員工垂頭喪氣。是霑叔一言啟動了老闆的鬥志,並請霑叔到公司給員工講面臨困境時該如何自處,且將他的名作“滄海一聲笑”重新填詞作為公司歌。

古人有受一言之教而終身執弟子禮者,自己雖不才,親受霑叔一堂之教,此恩終不敢忘,沾叔的喪禮逃班排隊也去參加了,他的文集也買齊了。

那晚當色香味居主人來,掏出隨身的銀壺,喊一聲拿杯來,一邊說他認識的一個鬼佬每次出門都帶著一桶酒,而他分得一壺,來咱們嘗嘗,“不知道別人,反正咱喝著覺得有點像人頭馬X.O。”

 “確切的說”,當然這是我在賣弄,“應該說:這是白蘭地。”白蘭地是酒的一個分類,而人頭馬X.O只是白蘭地酒的其中一個品牌的其中一個級別。

白蘭地,是由水果的汁液、果肉或殘渣發酵、蒸餾、藏釀及混合製成。如果以單一一種水果製作,則以此種水果命名,如“蘋果白蘭地”、“桃子白蘭地”、“草莓白蘭地”等。因為最普遍、最受歡迎的是以葡萄釀制的,所以“白蘭地”也便成為純以葡萄釀造的白蘭地酒的統稱。

一邊講解白蘭地的定義,還有人頭馬和霑叔和我的淵源,一邊讓酒液在杯中流旋,掌心的熱力帶出她的雍容、挑逗,加冰的感覺則是她的收斂、矜持,解顏一笑豈易得,主人有酒君應留,口中的滋味卻是自家的感知了,實在是僅由醉者知、莫向醒者傳哪。

    据decanter.com 的报道:8月16日,法国南部的普罗旺斯产区的葡萄采摘正式开始,较往年提早了半个月左右,该地区的葡萄采摘时间一般在8月底。

    最早开始采摘的是普罗旺斯的邦多勒(Bandol),该地区的葡萄酒贸易委员会的负责人表示:是的,我们已经开始采摘,虽然是一小部分地区,但是没错,这代表07年葡萄收成开始了。

    目前,采摘的葡萄只是白葡萄品种,包括小粒种蜜思嘉(Muscat à petits grains),莎当妮和长相思。法国的其他产区包括波尔多和勃艮第,今年同样因为春天的天气比较温暖,葡萄花期比较早,届时葡萄采摘时间都可能较往年提前。不过入夏以后,持续的暴雨给法国许多产区的葡萄带来的不利的影响,导致霉菌和腐烂等问题。   

    根据法国气象局最新的天气预报,法国西南部周日将有暴雨,本周末至下周,为阴雨天气。

PS. wine from aboard appear different in this city---famous bands such as Hennessy,  Remy Martin, are Satired easily but others just happen to be bought by high level family recently.

Shenzhen is an outward city, It has various kinds of people come from other places or other countries. so the character of the costumer appears in different levels. the local people drink ice wine much more frequently, and there are many kinds of this type of grape wine. It is very important to choose a right television station for advertising. There is few people watch CCTV(China Central Television). The advertising time before or after News programme in local TV channel have higher viewing ratio. The purchased proportion of grape wine is increasing by collective of company, institution, etc. Wine aboard also has their place in Zhu hai, especially in the night parties, bars and clubs, the aboard products just some wine in these places.

有些俗,朋友問我最愛的紅酒是什麼,答曰:拉斐。

“噢,拉斐,俺們都知道。”

可不是。

──“波爾多五大紅酒之首就是拉斐。”

──“拉斐酒莊被認為是五大名酒莊中最典雅的。”

──“拉婓堡酒質輕柔如絲如緞,香味細緻有如紫羅蘭的芬芳,色澤深沉瑰麗,是世界上最完善的紅葡萄酒。”

這些都不是我說,也不必我說,大家都知道。

不過自己其實是在沒聽過這些說法之前就喜歡上拉斐的,在剛接觸葡萄酒、還並不懂酒的時候,有人指著琳琅滿目的酒架問我喜歡哪一支酒,只是因為酒標的緣故我選了拉斐,當時只是覺得這款酒的酒標顏色和圖案非常的典雅。

“緣分啊。”某人的口頭禪。

確實,很久以後我才知道自己是在所謂的波爾多五大、八大、甚至十大都在現場的情況下喜歡上了拉斐。

或許這樣說更準確一些吧,Chateau Lafite-Rothschild應該是最為人熟悉的歷史名酒,有“紅酒之後”的美譽,位於四大名村最為人所鍾愛的菩雅。

曾經用東坡的詞為朋友形容這所謂的波爾多五大,拉斐我為她配的是:水調歌頭──丙辰中秋,歡飲達旦,大醉,作此篇,兼懷子由。

形容拉斐兩個字就可以了,那就是:典雅。其結構精細,無懈可擊,藝術品般的優美秀麗,柔順和諧,絕不去討你歡喜,卻絕對令人歡喜。拉斐是酒質輕柔的酒,要追求強烈的單寧還不如去吃葡萄皮,拉斐的單寧絕不突出,但是Body卻又絕對是豐盈的,口感豐富,變化多端,完美的平衡,如絲如緞的順滑,而且矜貴。

六七十年代經歷過一段時期的不穩定的品質,讓人每一次的開瓶更加的小心翼翼,猜測,把握不定,不知道這一次如何?這一個年份怎樣?這一瓶呢是好還是會有稍稍的遺憾?令人在“不知”“我欲”“又恐”“何似”“不應”等等矛盾的心情中等待、猜測,若即若離,善變的性格,卻也更增加了她的迷人,像一直令自己著迷的那個情緒多變的親密女孩,也更增加了挑戰。

每一個年份,每一箱,每一瓶,甚至每一杯,每一杯的次序,每一次喝她,都絕不相同,必須要小心的呵護,才不會錯過她散發出的不同的美麗,絕不重複,更不會生厭,每一次在杯裏的相逢都會令人神魂顛倒,不能自已的吟一曲明月幾時有。

前几天有幸被邀请去

Chateau les Crayeres

用餐,乘机拍下了几张照片,与大家共享。也给要来法国兰斯旅游的朋友做个参考。

Les Crayeres 是世界最著名的城堡宾馆之一,由著名的卡丁尼家族(Gardinier) 建立于1983年。 她座落于一座7公顷的私人花园中心,建筑古朴充满了古典艺术气息。 如今,这座城堡拥有20多间顶级豪华房,可以同时容纳90多人用餐。 为了保持其服务的质量,餐馆经理人决定将同时用餐人数减低到65人,使每位用餐的客户得到最优质的服务,成为真正的上帝。今年39岁的麦斯洁 (Mercier Fabrice) 是总经理,他曾在法国各大酒店宾馆担任要职。今年33岁的主厨是爱纳先生(Elena DIDIER),  他曾经和法国顶级厨师杜卡思工事过15年, 也曾在纽约几家顶级餐馆担任主厨。

 2004和2005年是 Les Crayeres 享誉全球的一年,她先后被美国权威杂志 CONDENAST  和 TRAVEL  两次评为欧洲最佳宾馆和世界排名第三的城堡宾馆。
