体验隆河谷之Delas Cote du Rhone Blanc
因为有个朋友说要体验隆河谷的酒，我就推荐了Delas，顺便把自己以前的纪录翻出来作参考。
这是5月底开的一支酒，在家里冰箱保鲜层放了5个月，冬天的时候买白葡萄酒便宜，这算是小窍门吧呵呵~
Delas现在叫Delas Freres, 在隆河谷属于名气不大不小的一家酒厂，所产的酒丰富多样，从高端的Cote Rotie，Hermitage到中端的Cornas, condrieu到普通的AOC Cote Du Rhone都有。这个家族历史悠久，曾经是北部隆河谷最大的地主和种植者之一。现在这个酒厂历经几代人的变迁，发展成南北隆河谷各都拥有一定的葡萄园。我买的这支Cote Du Rhone Blanc Saint-Esprit就是产自南部隆河谷。
南隆的主要白葡萄品种为：白歌海娜（Grenache Blanc），白克莱尔（Clairette Blanc），布布兰（Bourboulenc）等，这支Delas也不例外，主要采用这三种葡萄酿制而成。
这酒呈现柠檬黄色，打开时便可以感觉到热带水果交杂的复合味道。蜂蜜，瓜果，菠萝，柚子，随后是奶油般的油质香气。口感同样有油润之感，酒体宽厚，结构庞大，劲力足，后段有一定的酒精感，收尾感强烈，且微苦。
这支酒体现了传统意义上的土地和葡萄品种的特色。南隆河土地酿制的酒，通常都带着气势磅礴的风格。白歌海娜正好撑起这支酒宽阔的骨架，白克莱尔和布布兰则巧妙地注入了复杂的香气和圆润感。虽然是一支基本款的白葡萄酒，却有着难得的复杂度，是这个价位的同类酒所很难比拟的，向各位入门级酒友推荐一下~

MONASTRELLl Non-Vintage 14% Alc 750ml (sulphur content)
Dark purple hue with medium to high intensity. Black fruits like plum and black currant on the nose with some kind of flower flavour like orchid. Half-ripen hawthorn and mulberry bouquet on the palate. Balanced acidity and sugar content with medium tannin and body. The alcoholic strength is not so obvious and the after taste is semi-dry with fruity finish although it is not very lengthy.
Remarks
This wine was made of 100% Monastrell grape in the vintage of 2006 as per the winery’s information.
SYRAH 2006 13.5% Alc 750ml (sulphur content)
Medium intense and purple colour. Young strawberry and cranberry flavours stimulate the nose at a sharp. The palate is dominated by sour fruits like fresh grape fruit and lemon. The tannin is mild but crispy and the body is medium. The alcoholic strength is quite apparent, making the wine taste more dry and slightly spicy with short finish. The overall acidity is very high.
Monastrell芒拿些路红葡萄是西班牙南边挺普遍的品种，情况如同北部的Tempranillo坦帕尼奴红葡萄。依阿KEN的口感而言，前者因果香显著较易被亚裔人接受，后者苦味明显。但两者相同之处在于酒色深紫密度高，酒精度浓烈，酒体厚壮。
