HONORO VERA 2006 Monastrell 13% Alc 750ml (sulphur content)

Medium intense cherry red colour with plum blossom aroma on the nose. Young strawberry and mulberry flavours on the palate. Balanced acidity and sugar taste with mild and soft tannin as well as light crispy body. The alcoholic strength is not so obvious and the after taste is semi-dry with fruity finish although it is not so lengthy.

PEDRERA 2006 Monastrell 13.% Alc 750ml (sulphur content)

Medium cherry red hue with medium intensity. The nose is with new-ripen cranberry bouquet and the palate is full of hawthorn residue. Distinctive acidity overrides the fruity content although the tannin is smooth and soft. The body is light to medium whereas the alcoholic strength is not outstanding. Apparent wrong impression of over-dryness at the throat as affected by the high acidity and the finish is crispy but cool.

GOS 2006 Monastrell 14% Alc 750ml (sulphur content)

Dark and medium intense purple colour. Fresh blue berry juice on the nose. The palate is full of plum flavour, followed by oak-like aroma. The tannin is strong as supported by the high alcoholic strength whereas the body is medium. The finish is slightly dry and spicy and the acidity dominates the sugar taste, making the throat feeling a bit sour.

JUAN GIL 2006 White Label Monastrell 14.5% Alc 750ml (French & American Barrel treated)

Dark purple hue with medium to high intensity. Distinct oaky and ripen apricot flavours on the nose, followed by squeezed almond juicy palate. The alcoholic strength is well-balanced by the sugar content, the tannin is smooth and the body is medium as supported by solid texture. The after taste is fruity and lengthy warm.

JUAN GIL 2005 Silver Label Monastrell 14.5% Alc 750ml (French Barrel treated)

High intense dark purple colour. Indistinct oaky and strawberry aromas on the nose. A slight touch of cinnamon, vanilla and minerals on the palate. The alcoholic strength is not obvious and the fruity taste is long lasting. The tannin is silky and the body is full and heavy whereas the texture is not complex. The finish is marvellous that every mouthful sounds different between dry and semi-dry durations and the overall after taste is lengthy.

即使张开双臂，也是些留不住的风景，挂不住的月明。

生命中连我们自己也是过客，睁眼闭眼，少年白发。更何况今夜有酒有佳音，你又何必在乎是爱上了月色中的大漠孤烟，还是像极了大漠孤烟的自己。

另有一些性感可人的相遇，惹人遐想。却只是春风柳絮，飘飘然穿檐绕梁过街巷，终不入画堂。

葡萄酒常识之酒庄

波尔多""五大""名庄

    波尔多有五大重要产酒区：梅铎(Medoc)、柏美洛(Pomerol)、圣特美隆(St.Emilion)、格拉芙(Graves)、苏岱(Sauternes)），而梅铎区又是五大产酒区里最重要的一区，因为法国五大最有名的酒庄里有四个都是位于梅铎区。

    五大庄园之外，柏翠和位于勃根地地区的罗曼尼·康帝同样享有盛誉。

拉菲庄（Chateau Lafite）： ""五大 ""中最典雅的。

    第一，拉菲庄是由一名姓拉菲（Lafite）的贵族创园于1354年，在十四世纪已相当有名气。

    第二，波尔多在1855年对该区的名庄进行了评级。当时在多如繁星的庄园中选出了61个最优秀的名庄。在61个中又分为5个级别。其中第一级有四个，它们分别是拉菲庄（Chateau Lafite）、拉图庄（Chateau Latour）、马歌庄（Chteau Margaux）和红颜容庄（Chateau Haut Brion）。而四个中拉菲排名第一。

    第三，拉菲是目前世界上最贵一瓶葡萄酒的记录保持者。美国的第三任总统汤马士杰弗逊（Thomas Jefferson）不单是总统，他还是十八世纪最出名的酒评家。1985年伦敦佳士得拍卖会上，一瓶1787年由Thomas Jefferson签名的拉菲以十万五千英镑的高价有Forbes杂志老板Malcolm Forbes投得。创下并保持了世界上最贵一瓶葡萄酒的记录。

    第四，拉菲的品质和个性是无与伦比的。拉菲庄园总面积90公顷，每公顷种植八千五百棵葡萄树。平均树龄在四十年以上。每年的产量大约三万箱酒（每箱12支750ML算）。在拉菲每2至3棵葡萄树才能生产一瓶750ML的酒。拉菲酒的个性温柔婉细，较为内向，不像同产于菩依乐村的两大名庄拉图和武当王的刚强个性。拉菲的花香、果香突出，芳醇柔顺，所以很多葡萄酒爱好者称拉菲为葡萄王国中的“皇后”。拉斐酒庄以红葡萄酒为主。正牌酒为拉斐酒庄 Chateau Lafite Rothchild，副牌酒为 Carruades de Lafite。

拉图庄( Chateau  Latour )

    在法文中，Latour的意思是指“塔”，如果用六七十年叫法，Latuor就相当于“塔牌”（因酒庄之中有一座历史久远的塔而得名）。不要取笑这个名字老土，在不少小波尔多红酒客的心目之中，它可是酒皇之中的酒皇！因为Latuor的风格雄浑刚劲、绝不妥协，一些原本喜爱烈酒的酒客，因为健康原因要改喝红酒，Latour便成了他们的首选。

    一般而言，拉图堡比木桐堡、拉斐堡与玛歌堡需要更长的醇化期，至少需10至15年方可以度过“青涩期”。成熟后的拉图堡有极丰富的层次感，酒体丰满而细腻。英国著名的品酒家休强生曾形容拉斐堡与拉图堡的个性：若说拉斐堡是男高音，那拉图堡便是男低音；若拉斐堡是一首抒情诗，拉图堡则为一篇史诗；若拉斐堡是一曲婉约的轮旋舞，那拉图堡必是人声鼎沸的游行。这两种著名的酒是否有一阴一阳或一刚一柔的个性，就有待你自己去体会了。

    Chateau Latour 1982是全世界最佳年份的超优质红酒之一，是葡萄酒爱好者一生所不容错过的梦幻体验；极度丰富和浓郁的口感、强烈的风味都让人难以忘怀。适合搭配精致的羊肉与牛肉佳肴。  

马歌庄（Chteau Margaux）：恪守传统的法国顶级酒庄

    Chateau Margaux是法国国宴指定用酒，中国国家主席胡锦涛在法国波尔多访问时，所参观的酒庄就是Chateau Margaux。而当时酒庄给胡锦涛品尝的酒，就是1982年的Chateau Margaux。成熟的Chateau Margux口感比较柔顺，有复杂的香味，如果碰到上佳年份，会有紫罗兰的花香。作为波尔多最好的红酒之一，玛够酒庄最为著名的是它无与伦比的醇正高雅的酒香。该酒口味不重，但是好就好在它优雅中的细腻。可与烤小牛肉，烤羊肉或牛排共食（不用酱汁）。可配用食物：猪肉、鸡肉、牛肉、羊肉、鸭肉、其它肉类、蛋/乳酪

木桐庄(Chateau Moutou )

    法文Mouton的原意是指“羊”，酒庄原是“羊庄”，（根据酒庄所在地原来是给牧羊人放羊的山坡）。而Mouton红酒的特性，就是开瓶之后，酒质与香味变化多端，通常带有咖啡及朱古力香。

    木桐的红葡萄酒以赤霞珠葡萄(Cabernet Sauvignon)为主，根据年份不同，加入不同比例的品丽珠(Cabernet Franc)，美乐(Merlot) 和味而多(Petit Verdot) 。木桐的酒具有典型的赤霞珠特征，成熟的黑加仑子果味，咖啡、烤木香气，单宁劲道，需在瓶中陈年7-15年方可以饮，是世界顶级收藏酒之一。

    1924年，为了庆祝首次酒庄自己罐装成品酒成功，当时的庄主菲力浦男爵邀请了当时古巴著名的海报设计师简。昂为这瓶酒设计了一款至今仍看起来很另类的酒标，这是世界上第一张由艺术家设计的酒标。1945年，法国解放，这年又是木桐庄极好的年份，为纪念盟军胜利，男爵决定启用当时法国年轻画家朱利安（Philippe Jullian）设计代表和平胜利的V字型图案作为这一年的酒标。从此以后，菲力浦男爵每年都要邀请一位世界著名的画家为酒庄设计绘制酒标，其中有赫赫有名的毕加索和达利，都在木桐酒庄的酒标上留下了他们的作品! 木桐的艺术气质，因为有了戈雅、塞尚和毕加索，让他成为了艺术的宫殿。1804年西班牙画家戈雅在入住木桐之后创作了著名的《裸露的玛哈》，之后，米勒、塞尚和库贝尔纷纷入住木桐，留下了《亚当鸟的林荫》、《树木与房屋》不朽的画作。

    说到木桐酒庄，便是多彩纷飞，第一件就是酒庄升级。法国葡萄酒界非常传统，自1855年分级后，从没有进行任何变动。当菲利普提出升级时，他先将主管分级的古老“葡萄园分级联合会”的61名成员一一找到，说服他们的同意。其次，要通过法国国家法定原产地保护院。最后还要通过法国农业部。待他通过这些官僚机构的道道关卡时，才意识到最大的阻碍来自拉菲酒庄的表兄。于是菲利普男爵开始了价格战，不是降价而是涨价。菲利普敢于如此开战，是对自己酒信心十足，市场也真支持他。价格战对波尔多的影响巨大，不仅震动顶级酒庄，而且影响到整个葡萄酒的价格。到1973年，拉菲酒庄放弃对木桐申请的阻挡，在致菲利普男爵的信中表示，拉菲酒庄“不再反对木桐被接受为一级葡萄园庄。” 菲利普经过二十年的努力，实现了木桐升级的愿望。

奥比安庄（Chateau Haut Brion）

    奥比安庄园现在为美国人所拥有。庄园也出产的红酒有属于Graves区的特殊泥土及矿石香气，口感浓烈而回味无穷。奥比安庄除了红酒知名外，其出产的Haut-BrionBlanc白酒也是小波尔多公认的最顶级的白酒石酸之一。

罗曼尼·康帝（Romanee Conti）：红酒中的“花魁”

    罗曼尼""康帝酒园是法国最古老的葡萄酒园之一。这里最早可以追溯到11个世纪之前的圣维旺·德·维吉（Saint～Vivantde Vergy）修道院。

    行家对罗曼尼·康帝酒的称赞集中在具有多层次气味的变化、高雅与一股莫名神秘的特质，如此甘美浓郁的酒甚至在放下酒杯数分钟后依然齿颊留香。它的园主欧伯特曾形容：它是带有一种刚要凋谢的玫瑰花香味，使人着迷而忘掉时间的概念，也可以是当年神仙飞返天上之际还“遗留在人间的东西”。而其它勃艮第的名酒，尽管有时可以酿出味道更浓烈，以及风味更富变化的佳酿，但在魅力上总是差上那一点点难以言明的感觉。

    酒园种植的葡萄全部是皮薄色淡的黑皮诺(Pinot Noir)葡萄。康帝酒园有自己的制桶厂，他们采购来橡木桶的辐板，风干3年后再经过特殊的低温烘烤后才进行制桶。品酒家Robert Parker Jr.说：“康帝酒是百万富翁之酒，却只有亿万富翁才喝得到。”如果谁有一杯在手，轻品一口，一种帝王的感觉油然而生。
