Tasting log:
3,4:
4 appears with apple,citrus nose,but not strong.The body could be softly mellow but not so rich,medium acidity that gives a well balance.Not so creamy,not smoky at all.This is a very light,basic wine that could match any vegetable salad or lightly cooked juicy dishes.In my personal opinion,she is a good one—with such price.
Fine toasted,vanilla aroma appear on the nose,with apple and some stone fruit note.The body seems to be medium plus,creamy,oaky,a little sweet.In the end of finishing there is a lemon zest hint.

1,2+A:
We think that 2 didn’t perform so well.The fruity aromas are so weak,feel like was covered with mist,not clear.Some lichy and peach note could be found on palate,at last an unsatisfactory finishing.The peach aroma stays when cup is empty.
1 comes after 2,obviously,this is much better than the former.Fruity on the nose,I could catch pear,a warmly peach hint(or other tropical fruit?),with almond note.Light acidity.A lingering finish brings out a very slight creamy aftertaste.

5,6+B,C:
The most perfect match tonight,let’s confer to 5+B!Firstly the crisp,mineral nose wet my appetite,a strong passion fruit aroma rised.Typical flint and grass notes fulfill the mouth, very direct,very strong expression,typical NZ Sauvignon Blanc.Everyone got an admiring face,and agree the idea to have some seafood,and at that moment I believed nothing else than a just landing,succulent oyster,could really take the mission,so C is surely a best choice.What the pity is I haven’t had a try on this match.
As well to be specially NZ Sauv,6 appeared with grass,gooseberry note,a lower depth of passion fruit.Crisp and clear,bone dry, the acidity is relatively high.According to its acidity I would choose a similarly sour tasted dish to match.Dish C,diners are allowed to squeeze some lemon juice on,thus this may be OK.

7,Riesling:
Floral aromas such as orange blossom,honeysuckle,along with petrol smell on the nose.Firstly I missed the fruity which turned to awake slowly in mouth,a few mimutes later the fruit aroma spreads, mingled with honey hint.This is an off dry style Riesling and the well behaved sweetness is mainly embodied later therein the finishing,quite know its place.

8, Gewüs:
A rich and complex fragrance attack the nose, to be honest I can’t actually tell the details properly since Gewüs is do new and strange to me(OK,I just forgot..).I was overwhelmed,by the “parfum” like characteristic,something like rose petal with a tiny bit sweetness,spice complex.This is the last one to be tasted,girls present like its luxuriant and refreshing aroma.
