关于随时随意波尔多

在参加完随时随意波尔多之后，应主办方写一个comments，而我写了之后，他们又觉得似乎负面评价比较多，所以贴在这里吧，如果有人看过，请不要转载到其他地方。

如果说寻找质优价廉的葡萄酒好比沙里淘金，那么波尔多似乎已经是近乎于干涸的金矿。好的矿点都已经被大户人家所占有，留下的只是零星支离破碎的矿床。好的波尔多酒价格已经攀升到令人发指的地步，还有没有普通人负担得起的，品质出色的波尔多酒呢？不多！但是，我们还没有放弃，为了能够让大家能够从良莠不齐的波尔多入门酒中找到出色的产品，随时随意波尔多这个活动依然尽了最大努力。400多款酒，即便其中有的不尽如人意，有的还有缺陷，但是遴选出来的，可以作为尝试的指引。
