喜欢去M&S买酒，第一是信任他们的管理制度

第二是他们确实提供了物美价廉的葡萄酒

真的是瓶好酒

虽然它用的是廉价的橡胶塞子

但是它仍旧是款好酒

先了解一下Château de Saÿe 2006 的基本状况

ABOUT THIS WINE: Winemaker Alain Laubie has made this wine from carefully selected, hand-picked grapes from 30 year old vines near St Ciers d'Abzac, 15 km north of Libourne on the Bordeaux right bank. 90% Merlot provides fleshy fruit and velvet texture while 10% Cabernet Franc gives a fresh aromatic lift. The 2005 vintage was universally acclaimed as one of richness and balance giving rich plummy fruit balanced acidity and ripe tannic structure.

SERVING: This kind of full-bodied and structured red works very well with robust red meat dishes, cheeses or even full-flavoured vegetarian dishes.

KEEPING: You can open and enjoy this wine now or keep for up to 5 years after buying it. Serve at room temperature. This wine has been minimally treated to preserve flavour and so may form a harmless sediment which will not impair its quality.


90%的Merlot和10%的Cabernet Franc，

好奇怪的Bordeaux酒，第一次喝到，看成分，以为是Pomerol，

颜色的和气味也是典型的Merlot

入口很Full Body，所以自己弄了根烤香肠下酒

这酒的Structure很饱满，很舒服，给人感觉很高级，可以陈年

但是这瓶售价仅128HKD的酒，是否真的值得陈年呢？

酒的Information很丰富，也很实在，很好的帮助我了解这款酒

开瓶即饮，或是陈年都可以，让买家很容易销售

较高级的口感，漂亮的酒瓶，中等偏低的价格，个人觉得未来有机会涨价。。。
 

Alain Laubie ，乍一看以为是Le Pin的前任庄主
