最近花了18美金买了一箱(6375ml)的2005Jorge Ordonez Malaga,要知道2004年份的此酒在市场上每瓶要卖到60美元一瓶。为什么会这么便宜呢?这得感谢美妙的气泡了,2005的酒在装瓶后发生了第二次发酵,瓶塞不能阻止气泡压力,有些酒标被溢出来的酒弄脏了,所以进口商只能把酒贱卖了。

 

Malaga产自西班牙南部的安德鲁西亚省,也是Sherry的故乡。Malaga是像vins doux naturels的加强甜酒,它的传统酿制方法是把采下来的Moscatel de Alejandria放在太阳下晒干后发酵,不过现代的Malaga通常采用两种方法酿制,一种是像vins doux naturels一样添加grape spirit来停止发酵,第二种叫Arrope,也就是把葡萄汁煮开,直到70%的水分蒸发掉。

 

Jorge Ordonez Malaga是采用的传统酿制方法,葡萄是来自园内最古老的vine, 有最集中的甜度,采下来的葡萄放在温度和湿度都控制的室内进行风干,然后再发酵。酒的颜色成金黄色,有别与其他的Malaga的深灰色(dark brown),我会把此酒与SauternTBA放在一类,只是2005年的已经开始在瓶中二次发酵,所以更特别,喝时,酒中的气泡让你觉得酒不是特甜,比起doux的汽酒更浓郁和甜蜜。
