上一星期在novotel hotel 举行了一次香槟品尝会,分别尝了三款香槟:霞卡香槟、霞卡玫瑰香槟、霞卡-埃里嘉优年份香槟1999。个人感觉不错

 

Champagne Jacquart Brut
      50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier

Tasting
      Persistent trail of fine bubbles with a pale golden yellow colour. A lively wine, with good varietal expression, revealing aromas of white fruit (pear) and fresh, crusty bread. A fresh,fairly intense palate, well balanced with good length: undertones of ginger bread and fruit aromas.

       淡金黄色,气泡持久,具有白色水果(梨)、新鲜的、硬壳面包香气,口感相当厚实紧凑,有出色的平衡感和回味。

      35.5%Pinot Noir(vinified as white wine), 15.2% Pinot Noir(vinified as red wine), 18.3% Pinot Meunier, 31% Chardonnay

Tasting
      Fine streams of bubbles enhance the lovely, delicate salmon pink colour, the nose carries faint hints of cherry and wild strawberry that will develop a faint plummy overtone with age.The palate immediately delivers good red fruit flavours, nicely supported by the freshness of style, finishing with a long brut subtle touch of apricot and peach..

      细小优雅的气泡和泡沫加强了活泼细致的鲑鱼粉色,具有淡淡的樱桃和野草莓的香气,随着时间延长,会表现出李子干的香气。口感立刻表现出优雅的红果香气和新鲜风格,回味具有持久的微妙的杏和桃的口感。
