谁!偷了我的葡萄酒?


最近发现到自己的中文水平退步万分,唯有把年头的BOVIN宝韵新年份英语试酒实录公诸于世,祈望明白见谅:
Macedonian BOVIN Still Wine Tasting Notes
1) Muscat 2004 13.7% Alc Semi Dry (White) 750ml:
Pale lemon yellow with distinctive transparency, full of mature apple and peach fragrance on the nose, relaxed release of grapefruit, citrus fruits and flowery honey on the palate, alcoholic strength not obvious as the sweetness dominates the palate, balance and smooth and medium to full body, medium but complex finish as all those described flavours still linger on the throat.
2) Hermes 2004 12% Alc Rose Semi Sweet (50% Pinot Noir & 50% Chardonnay) 500ml:
Medium intense hue of rose petals, matched by nose of concentrated hawthorn, ripen strawberry and cherry aroma lingering on the palate, quite refreshing and harmonious, the body is medium to full, this wine is overall elegant while chilled, finishing is medium sweet and pleasant.
3) Venus 2003 13% Alc Red (50% Merlot & 50% Vranec) 750ml:
Medium jewel red with high intensity, perfume-like blueberry and plum nose, smoked ham, jammy pomelo and other fruity taste with balanced acidity, medium tannin and balanced body, indistinctive alcoholic touch, dry and warm finish.
4) Alexandar 2003 13% Alc Red (1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon & 1/3 Merlot & 1/3 Vranec) 750ml:
Intense purple to the rim, progressive release of lengthy blackcurrant and fig on the nose, juicy cranberry and plum aroma palate, very silky tannin and full body, balance alcoholic content and acidity, medium and lengthy finish with residual glucose on the throat.
5) Dionysus 2001 13% Alc Red (Cabernet Sauvignon) 750ml:
Medium intense garnet red, rigid long lasting nose of fresh blackberry and baked vanilla, viscous apricot, earthy and leathery tone and white chocolate palate, tender tannin and medium body, an easy-to-drink wine with pleasant warm dry finish.
6) Dissan 2003 13% Alc Red (Special Vranec on 750 meter altitude) 750ml:
Dark purple hue with high intensity, almost syrah-like nature, firm nose of plum and smoked almond, very rich flower and bean flavour, vanilla and guava throughout the palate, strong tannin and full body, alcohol strength a bit evident although the acidity is quite balance, medium dry and long finish which reminds drinker fresh memory of the described elegant nose. This wine is highly recommended for a few years’ storage before tasting its mature period.

如果我问:全球最多的Port波特酒在那里找到?大部份的答案是“葡萄牙”!如果我说:罗马尼亚也有Port波特酒风格的红酒,你会相信吗?
自三年前首度品尝罗马尼亚一款特级Merlot 2001之后,这款酒香味浓郁,可比美意国Umbria的同年份Merlot红酒,直至最近才有机会品尝它同乡年长一岁的SARATI Merlot 2000。尝后觉得惊讶无比,此酒与2001那款截然不同,完全找不著Merlot应有的风味,从头到尾摆脱不了Port波特酒风味。幸好所付的还不到港币一百块,不然,就是“陪了夫人又折兵”!
除了葡萄酒以外,有什么可以让你联想到意国Umbria这地方?我马上给你最好的答案:不就是性感女星Monica Bellucci莫妮卡贝露琦啦!
有什么可以让你联想到SARATI这个名字?意大利浪漫“泡妞”跑车Maserati玛莎拉蒂?其实酒庄为免外地人对其名字误以为意大利语也好,日本语也好,印尼语等等,特别在SARATI前面冠以Chateau酒庄名字来强化自己是一家欧式酒厂。
酒庄与葡萄园位于罗马尼亚北面Carpathian卡帕菲安山上的Dealu Mare地绿玛热区。园地幅覆著175公顷名为Marl种类的石灰石,对培植Merlot、 Cabernet Sauvignon等常见的葡萄极为合适。酒厂均以人手采葡,压汁酿制后当中40%汁液存放在法国橡木桶近半年才灌瓶待售,酒精度保持在12.5%上下。整个过程均依照当地AOC法定产区的要求,故此酒标也注明AOC Dealu Mare Region以正视听。
尽管酒厂这么地认真和多番造作,但这酒的味道始终是不一样,严重地说说,是不像样!这酒从头到尾都没有Merlot的特征。相反,它带著浓厚的Port波特酒味。它给我的感受是这样的:
沉实棕红的色调,咸酸橄榄的味觉,话梅杏核的味蕾,中度丰厚的酒体,干燥粗豪的单宁,
简单干脆的层次,苦涩木核的收结。
凡事均有例外,我寄望他日能喝得高一点水准的罗马尼亚葡萄酒!
西班牙的雪梨酒,早闻其名。这次在今年的FHC遇到一家,喜欢他们的酒。女庄主送了2支,一是Jerez Xeres Cream Sherry,另外一支Moscatel De Pasas。这家酒庄的名字叫Alfaraz。 这支Jerez Xeres Cream Sherry呈暗琥珀色,带着蜂蜜,树皮和陈酒的香气,入口甜,但一点不腻,18%的酒精度还是会让人在舌上有热感。回味里有醇厚浓郁的酒香,有点像好的生啤的回味,很有意思。 另外一支Moscatel我非常偏爱。这酒的酒精度只有15%,颜色相对更加清澈纯净,呈浅琥珀色,金黄中泛一抹青绿。入口之甜美柔和纯净之感,令人难忘。口中散开的蜂蜜,槐花,金橘,陈皮,药草以及金黄色花香及其带来的阳光的感觉,犹如漫步在春天百花盛开的山间原野。在这酒中体验到的感受,令我想起在观赏梵高的画作时那一霎的绚烂和美好。第一天开瓶时和刚认识的一个西班牙朋友(酒商)在东锦江索菲特lobby共饮,圣诞将近,一切布置得充满节日欢乐气氛。也许是环境的原因,让人在饮此酒时更增一分喜悦激赏之情:生活,可以是如此美好。而为了此刻这样的美好欢愉,那些曾经的风雨难耐,都应该努力渡过。若如此,生活总是值得等待的。
