整理藏書，翻出數本相冊，裡面並非相片，是酒標。

想起剛剛步入葡萄酒世界的時光，很懷念呢。

喜歡美酒的人肯定都有過蒐集酒標的階段吧。

──兩大本子呢。

──連花雕都有。

　　還夾著給女孩的情信？！

──哇！

──回首當年，原來以前喝過很多好酒呢，不少七十年代！很多都忘記了，呵呵。

──不是所有酒莊的酒標都那麼容易取下來呢，Lafite的膠就很厲害，非常難取。　　　

　　還好自己喜歡Lafite，一般都會連瓶子留下，現在還在床底。

──那時候收集酒標，真是無所不用其極，冰水浸，熱水燙，風筒吹，甚至瓶子裡裝熱水、然後插進冰水中裡應外合的法子都想到了！呵呵。

──根據筆記看應該是97年開始可以買到專門用來撕下酒標的膠紙，於是相冊不用了，變成專業的酒標收藏簿。

──後一面還可以寫上評語。

──1982年的澳洲酒王，偶的評價如何？──不佳呢，呵呵。

──半瓶裝的Latour90，後面俺只寫下了四個字：大氣磅礡。

──再後來，熱情過去，喝的酒也多了，有數年時間不再收藏酒標，也不再寫品酒筆記，近年科技發達，有了數碼相機，拍下圖片很是方便，對酒瓶、酒標就更加不會珍惜了。

　　不過酒肉穿腸過，仍有什麼東西留下吧，空杯常持，心中有思，人生惟適意爾。

酒友随笔,

· 恒温：酒柜内保持摄氏12度，±2度。此外，它还有两个温度区间酒柜(10-20c) 和多温 度区间酒柜。
· 湿度：与一般冰箱相比，采用电子制冷热,能使柜内湿度常年保持在55％至80％之间。
· 避震：与一般冰箱相比，它采用电子制冷,来避免在启动产生振动，影响葡萄酒的稳定。
· 避光：它采用实体门或玻璃门，玻璃门使用的也是茶色避光的特殊玻璃材料。
· 通风：与一般冰箱相比，利用半导体系统来实现柜内的自然风循环系统。
· 隔离：酒身采用5厘米厚的隔板来保证对外界温度和气味的离。
